Terms & Conditions

Driver Requirements

  • All racers must be at least 56 inches tall for the Adult track and 48 inches tall for the Junior track (no exceptions).

  • Racers 18 and under must have a valid driver’s license or a parent/guardian signature to race.

  • Photo ID may be required to verify registration information, but a driver’s license is not required to race.

  • All drivers must register and sign a waiver. Admission to the facility confirms your acceptance of the waiver; participation is not allowed otherwise.

  • Drivers are required to wear a DOT-approved helmet at all times (no exceptions).

  • Drivers suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to race. Staff reserve the right to refuse service in these cases.

  • Closed-toe shoes are required; flip flops, sandals, or heels are not permitted.

  • Recommended clothing: pants, jeans, or shorts. Loose or offensive clothing is prohibited.

Racing Rules

  • Karting is a driver-led sport. While Fast Track employees work hard to maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone, each driver is responsible for controlling their own kart. Staff cannot drive or control your kart for you, so participation, attention, and adherence to the rules are required to ensure a safe experience for all.

  • DOT approved helmets with face protection must be worn at all times.

  • Attend the safety briefing when instructed.

  • Follow all instructions from track marshals—decisions are final.

  • Stay in your kart unless directed otherwise.

  • No bumping other karts or barriers.

  • Obey all signs and flags as explained in the briefing.

  • Aggressive or abusive behavior, including inappropriate language, toward staff or other guests is not tolerated.

Exclusion from Venue

Fast Track Indoor Karting reserves the right to cancel bookings or remove guests (without refund) if they:

  • Are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Wear offensive clothing.

  • Pose a danger to themselves or others.

  • Display aggressive or abusive behavior on or off the track.

  • Refuse to follow the facility’s rules and policies.

These policies are in place to keep everyone safe. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility. Fast Track Indoor Karting Inc. is not responsible for injuries, sickness, or damages that may occur. By entering the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks.

IMPORTANT: All patrons must sign a release of liability and waiver to enter and participate. Entering the property constitutes agreement to the waiver, equivalent to signing it in writing.

Standard Online Bookings (Arrive & Drive Racing)

Remaining Balance: Must be paid before racing.
Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your race for waivers, lockers, and safety briefing. Late arrivals may affect your race time.
Rescheduling/Cancellations:

  • No refunds for online purchases. Online purchases are subject to applicable taxes and a 4% booking fee up to $10USD

  • Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations cannot be made; deposits are forfeited if the booking is not rescheduled.

  • Full refunds will be given only if the facility is unable to provide the event.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred or resold.

Event Bookings & Facility Rentals

Remaining Balance: Full payment required before the event. Individual payments cannot be accommodated; the organizer collects any repayments.
Attendance: Full booking price is due regardless of attendance. Time and track space are reserved based on confirmed numbers.
Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes early for go karting parties, to allow time for waivers and safety briefing. Late arrivals may shorten racing time.
Rescheduling/Cancellations:

  • No refunds.

  • Bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice, within 30 days; deposits are non-refundable.

  • One party transfer is allowed per calendar year.

  • Refunds issued only if Fast Track cannot provide the booked event.

Food & Drink:

  • Bottled water, soft drinks, chips, and chocolate bars are available on-site.

  • Outside food/catering may be allowed in conference rooms with prior approval; fees may apply.

  • Booking confirmation requires deposit payment.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred or resold.

Indoor PlayZone Requirements

  • Socks must be worn; bare feet are not permitted (Fraser Health requirement).

  • Prices are in CAD plus 5% GST, unless otherwise stated.

  • Outside food allowed except alcohol.

  • Cakes, cupcakes, and party decorations require an active party reservation.

  • Unreserved parties may not be accommodated.

  • Follow staff directions and be courteous.
